We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pantry Chef to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize ingredients for daily kitchen operations, ensuring freshness and quality.

Assist in the preparation of cold dishes, salads, garnishes, and accompaniments.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the pantry area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Stock and replenish pantry supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate shortages.

Support the kitchen team during busy service periods, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation.

Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.

Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and high standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Pantry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Basic culinary skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
