Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Catering Manager in Norfolk, VA. to oversee all aspects of our catering operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing budgets and teams efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from start to finish.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored and seamless experience.
  • Supervise and train catering staff, fostering a collaborative and customer service-focused team.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost control without compromising quality.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
