Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Catering Manager in Norfolk, VA. to oversee all aspects of our catering operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing budgets and teams efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from start to finish.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored and seamless experience.
Supervise and train catering staff, fostering a collaborative and customer service-focused team.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost control without compromising quality.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar managerial role.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
