Ready to bring your HR expertise to one of the most exciting hospitality settings in the sky? FLIK is seeking a dynamic HR Specialist to join the leadership team at our brand-new United Airlines lounge at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). This is a full-time, on-site position at IAH — and yes, parking is covered!

As HR Specialist, you'll be a critical partner to senior F&B Operations and HR leadership, supporting 160+ employees in a gorgeous, newly launched lounge environment. Drive Recruitment: Serve as the initial owner of the hourly recruitment process, including screening, on-site interviews, and airport badging administration.
Power Onboarding: Prepare and process hiring paperwork, post open roles, review applications, and conduct new employee onboarding.
Champion Employee Relations: Counsel managers and supervisors on employee relations policies and best practices, and work directly with employees to resolve sensitive workplace concerns.
Maintain timely, proactive communication with our union partner alongside leadership.
Guide Performance & Compensation: Support supervisors in developing job descriptions, communicating benefits, and navigating compensation programs, performance reviews, and personnel policies.
Administer Core HR Programs: Manage policies across recruitment, separation, disability/leave, benefits, classification, and training.
Bachelor's degree / Food & Beverage/Hospitality industry HR experience preferred

• 3+ years of HR generalist experience; Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment law, salary administration, and training.
• Demonstrated success executing people-centric best practices & policies that support the overall operation
