Full-time 2nd Shift & 3rd Shifts available

22.52 per hour

As a Quality Inspector, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Inspecting products to determine compliance with order specifications, customer requirements, and company's quality control system

Assuring compliance with legal requirements, and shipping and packing facilities for conformity to specified standards

Excellent visual skills to detect minute non-conformances (ex: cracks, voids, tool marks, etc.)

Operate small hand tools and process equipment with dexterity

Work with precision tools and equipment using good judgment to prevent damage to equipment, to understand equipment operation, and to be efficient

Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)

Previous quality inspection experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process.
