Job Description
You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.

Responsibilities

Deliver warm, personalized, and attentive service consistent with Accor standards.

Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar operations while maintaining exceptional service flow.

Set, reset, and maintain dining tables and bar seating to luxury presentation standards.

Deliver food and beverages accurately, ensuring proper timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Anticipate guest needs by refilling beverages, clearing courses, refreshing place settings, and responding promptly to requests.

Polish and stock glassware, flatware, and service equipment.

Support large parties, private events, and banquet‑style service as needed.

Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, bars, service stations, and back‑of‑house areas.

Previous service experience an asset

Previous point of sale system experience an asset, but not required

Excellent communication and organizational skills
