Stockroom Coordinator Assistant (3rd shift)

In this role, you will support Maintenance Stores operations by performing inventory control and materials tracking activities within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include identifying electrical equipment, verifying materials, and conducting accurate part counts across production areas. This position reports directly to the Stock Room Supervisor.

10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Monday - Friday) Onsite
Plus, Overtime as Needed.

Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. Assist with maintaining inventory count accuracy and item records for all parts and materials being stored.

Locating items using inventory records.

Updating item location and other inventory information.

Assist with performing physical inventory count.

Follow Standard Work Documents.

Computer and data entry skills. Microsoft Excel and Word experience.

Mathematical, mechanical and electrical aptitude.

1+ years of experience with shipping/receiving or related experience. Fundamental computer skills, Microsoft Excel and Word.

High school diploma

Occasional use of hand truck to move parts a moderate distance or to restock inventory items.

Occasional use of hand truck to move parts a moderate distance or to restock inventory items.

Frequent bending and crouching required during the storage and disbursement of parts.

Frequent handling of parts of various sizes along with a variety of hand tools.

Other: 10 - 50% of time entering data using computer keyboard.
