Painter Technician - Start Immediately

Location: Dallas/Fort Worth Region (required to report to the job site as scheduled)

Pay: $20.25/hr + Overtime Potential

Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Reports To: Foreman & Field Operations Supervisor

A great Technician is someone who is:

Aligned with our mission, values, and commitment to safety

At least 6 months commercial/industrial painting or coatings experience

Familiarity with job site tools, equipment, and materials

Reliable crew member with strong attendance

Reliable transportation (job sites vary)

Not be afraid of heights due to boom lifts (training required)

Report hazards or incidents immediately

Participate in safety training and development

Help maintain an injury‑free workplace
