Were seeking a dependable and professional Weekend RN Supervisor to join our growing team! This role is essential to maintaining quality resident care and nursing operations during weekend shifts. Your Impact as a Weekend RN Supervisor

Supervise Nursing Staff: Assign and delegate duties appropriately based on resident census and staff availability

Oversee Medication Management: Monitor medication administration and coordinate reorders

Implement Care Plans: Ensure care plans are followed according to company policy and physician orders

Provide Direct Care Support: Perform and supervise treatments, and serve as staff nurse as needed

Manage Documentation: Transcribe physician orders promptly, complete assessments, and maintain accurate records

Lead Shift Communication: Participate in shift reports and ensure staff are informed of care needs

Ensure Compliance: Enforce infection control procedures and safe work practices

Manage Lab Work: Monitor lab orders, results, and physician follow-up

This position requires a minimum of eight (8) consecutive hours of work per day during assigned shifts.

Is a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Texas

Can remain composed during emergencies and manage workflow effectively

Is passionate about quality resident care and collaborative team support
