Secondary Math Teacher (Full Time)

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and caring Secondary Math Teacher to manage and educate students in a dynamic, asynchronous learning, digital environment. This role involves guiding students through their spiritual and academic learning by responding to their questions, grading assignments, hosting group sessions, and creating engaging student-centered content. You will also proactively reach out to students needing additional support, utilizing written communication, phone calls, and video/screen-sharing sessions to ensure their success.

Key responsibilities include initiating meaningful dialogue with students, adhering to the established curriculum and timeline, and providing additional teaching materials when necessary. Salary & Hours Compensation for this position depends on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, the approximate hourly pay range is $18-$24 per hour .

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Mathematics, etc.).

At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in math subjects.

Strong technical proficiency, comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy (45+ WPM).

Proven ability to build rapport with students and parents in both in-person and virtual settings.

Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, online environment.

A passion for student success and a sincere desire to make a positive impact on their spiritual and academic growth.
