***Supply Chain & Logistics - Buyer***
Cts Technology Solutions, Inc.
Our client is looking for two Entry Level Supply Chain Specialists (Level 1) for their Oklahoma City, OK warehouse facility. The Supply Chain Specialists will act as key liaisons between external customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency. This role involves resolving issues related to materials that cannot be received, working closely with relevant parties to identify and address root causes effectively. Additionally, the specialists will coordinate shipping activities with government entities and the 3PL warehouse, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of materials. Analyzes material location and initiates redistribution action.
Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.
Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve part shipping and receiving issues.
2 years experience in Customer Support, Retail, Supply Chain or Warehouse Operations.
Computer experience (Microsoft excel, outlook, etc)
Experience working with a 3PL logistic provider
Typical Education & Experience: High school diploma plus 2 years related work experience
