Oliver Inc. is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Dock Worker to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, take pride in staying organized, and have experience operating forklifts, we'd love to hear from you.

our employees are the foundation of our success. As a Dock Worker , you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running efficiently by safely moving materials and preparing shipments. Safely load, unload, move, and organize materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.

Read and interpret shipping labels, work orders, and packing instructions.

Verify shipping information and consolidate pallets based on delivery destinations.

Assist with loading and unloading trucks while ensuring products are handled carefully.

Perform daily forklift inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA guidelines.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse environment.

Work closely with team members to meet shipping and production deadlines.

You're a fit for the role of Dock Worker, if your background includes::

High school diploma or GED.

Previous forklift operating experience.

Experience working in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing environment preferred.

Ability to read shipping documents and follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift.
