HR Generalist - Employee Relations and Compliance
MAAC
MAAC is seeking an HR Generalist in Chula Vista to support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and HR compliance. You will coordinate HR transactions, maintain records, and assist with employee relations matters with discretion.
The role may supervise staff or volunteers and requires strong communication and confidentiality. The HR Generalist works under the HR Manager and supports MAAC’s mission across multiple programs, promoting employee engagement and process
