HR Coordinator II (Night Shift)

HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and audit employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.
- Assist with tracking compliance, certifications, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Support HR leadership in policy enforcement and documentation.
- Conduct basic HR audits and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Employee Support & Engagement
- Serve as a liaison between employees and HR leadership, addressing HR-related concerns.
- Support and help execute company-wide employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with conflict resolution and documentation of employee relations issues.
Recruiting & Onboarding Support
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including applicant tracking and interview coordination.
- Support HR leadership in developing and refining HR processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR experience, including administrative and compliance support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) strongly preferred.
