Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

Knowledge of patient education techniques

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to travel to patient care assignments

American Heart Association Basic Life Support within 30 days

Key Responsibilities Deliver patient care based on physician treatment plans

Perform patient assessments and communicate changes to the care team

Provide patient and caregiver education

Assist physicians during surgical procedures

Perform circulating and scrub functions

Maintain sterile technique and a safe surgical environment
