Senior Systems Engineering

Systems Engineer applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Key responsibilities will include interacting with the Government, regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts and regularly communicating with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

Provide automation expertise to an infrastructure team of system engineers and system administrators.

Design and implement solutions to optimize infrastructure performance and security.

Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate solutions with existing CI/CD and deployment pipelines.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Minimum of 8 years experience in a systems engineering role

Experience with cloud platforms

Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.

This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or protected individual such as a refugee, or asylee. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
