Immunizing Pharmacist – CVS Vaccination Initiative Role: Immunizing Pharmacist
Requirement: Candidate questionnaire required with all submissions.
Responsibilities:
Administer vaccines including Flu, Shingles, COVID-19 , and other immunizations.
Provide compassionate, patient-focused care.
Support patient care programs and healthy outcomes.
Collaborate with the pharmacy team and adapt to a dynamic healthcare setting.
Minimum Qualifications:
Active Pharmacy License in the working state.
Immunization Certification (e.g., APhA).
Valid Driver’s License.
Not on DEA Excluded Parties List.
No pending felony charges/controlled-substance-related convictions.
BS Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $60 - $63 Hourly
Bonus/Commission: No
