Conduct standard and complex clinical laboratory tests across various disciplines—chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—adhering to established guidelines.
Evaluate test results for correctness, rectify errors, and conduct preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory devices.
Provide assistance with sample collection and preparation for testing when required.
Record all processes meticulously, mentor new team members, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation mandates.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of hire.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with health care teams.
Outstanding organizational capabilities and a keen eye for detail, especially regarding quality control and record-keeping.
