Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
Advocate for residents' needs and model healthy coping strategies.
High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred.
Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer-provided training and successfully obtain certification within 3 months
Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.
Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).
