Physical Therapist

Do you have experience in Rehabilitation Services and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of the many individuals it serves? In the Physical Therapist role, you will help us in our commitment to serving others by providing medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries, deconditioning, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.

Maintain timely and appropriate program participant/administrative and department documentation.
Attend programmatic meetings on request for team reports, policy setting, exchange of information, etc.; Serve on rehabilitation treatment team(s). Communicates with physicians, staff, professionals/paraprofessionals, consultants, families, and community resources as needed to ensure effectiveness of physical therapy program.
Participate in orientation programs for new staff, program participants, and PT/PTA students.
Write service summaries as requested by case manager/program director and maintains daily billing summaries and turns them into the appropriate staff.
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
State licensure in physical therapy.
