Recruiter (Temporary-Fulltime)

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality talent in a timely and efficient manner.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics

Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews to assess qualifications and fit

Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

5+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

Extensive experience in cold calling, candidate development and direct sourcing of candidates from a variety of media including standard sourcing tools to build candidate pipelines

Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 120 hours a year with an increase after tenure, 9 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave (Washington State). PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year
