Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA- C)

UHP partners with leading physician practices, creating a cohesive, quality‑oriented clinical culture and facilitating best practice sharing across the platform. UHP's best‑in‑class clinical program covers three sub‑specialties (urology, gastroenterology, and radiation oncology) and offers numerous ancillary services, including pathology lab, in‑office dispensing, and chronic care management. UHP is currently affiliated with 154 providers consisting of 110 physicians and 44 advanced practice providers operating out of 50 locations across Southern, Central, and Northern California.

The NP/PA provides care through the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. Evaluate patients, review medical history, and perform an appropriate physical exam in a medical office setting

Interpret and evaluate patient data as authorized by the physician to determine the management and treatment of patients. Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine

Work closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in a collaborative effort to provide optimal patient care

Current NP or PA‑C license, Master’s Degree in Nursing/Physician Assistant program required.

A minimum of 2‑5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting.
