Own DRB: Master our membership and POS system, manage accounts, and keep our sales reporting sharp and accurate.

• Drive Sales: Set the pace on membership sales - coach the team, hit goals, and lead by example with customers.
• Run the Shift: Open and close the site, handle cash with accountability, and keep the team on track.
• Lead the Team: Supervise, coach, and support your sales and wash techs so everyone brings their best.
• Set the Standard: Keep customer service, cleanliness, and site quality at the Cheetah Clean bar.

Leader: You've managed or supervised a team before and know how to hold people accountable.

• Sales-Driven: You thrive on hitting numbers and coaching others to hit theirs too.
• Accountable: You can open, close, and manage cash with full ownership.
