Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established protocols to ensure accuracy.
Evaluate results carefully for precision, troubleshoot any issues, and perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for timely analysis as needed.
Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, assist in onboarding new staff or students, and uphold stringent quality control standards.
Foster a clean and safe working environment while adhering to necessary regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, coupled with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of your start date.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work within healthcare teams.
