Medical Receptionist (OB/GYN) - Full-time

Job Description Location: Fairfax, VA (80%), floater in Manassas, Loudoun, Fredericksburg, Germantown, and Maryland (20%) with mileage reimbursement.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. Salary Range: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience), with the potential to increase to $23 per hour after 3 months based on performance.
The Medical Receptionist Floater will be responsible for welcoming patients, collecting essential information and payments, performing front desk and administrative support tasks, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for patients both in person and over the phone.
Register new patients and update existing patient demographics in the EHR
Obtain referrals, medical records, and prepare charts
Post daily charges and process payments
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting (OB/GYN experience preferred)
Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Solid understanding of medical terminology
Must have reliable transportation and willingness to commute to offices in Fairfax (80%), Manassas, Loudoun, Fredericksburg, Germantown, and Maryland (selected locations based on employee's address) - Mileage reimbursement
Range: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience), with the potential to increase to $23 per hour after 3 months based on performance.
