Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Eastern Healthcare

Eastern Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Shift Availability

7 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Full‑time & Part‑time)

Compensation & Benefits

Base hourly rate: $30–$33

Shift differentials: $2.00 per hour for 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. shift; $1.50 per hour for 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. shift

Sign‑on bonus: $3,500 paid quarterly (F/T & P/T only)

Daily pay available

1.5× Holiday Pay

1.5× Overtime Pay for hours over 40 per week

Requirements

Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse with a current state license

Current and active CPR certification

Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more; physical work constitutes more than 70% of the job

Ability to stand and/or walk for more than four hours per day

Ability to bend and/or stoop for more than one hour at a time
