HR Generalist - Recruiting & Employee Engagement

Responsibilities
Support employee engagement activities and project management
Provide support to General Manager and Operations Management
Manage employee benefits portal
Handle recruiting activities and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records
Manage temporary employees and report injuries
Assist with planning special companywide events
Provide benefits related support
Manage Health and Safety data including injury updates
FMLA Tracking and payroll inquiries assistance
Requirements
Proven success in an HR department
Experience in busy Manufacturing setting
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or Human Resources preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to detail
