Dependent on needs analysis, this may include coaching, creation of training materials, formal facilitation of learning and development classes or activities, and individualized development conversations. Collaborate with B&P and HR learning and development peers as needed in curating and/or crafting training materials and activities along with development plans. Lead assigned learning and development projects and initiatives to successful completion. Demonstrate strong consultation and facilitation skills and positive relationships with management to ensure a deep understanding of business unit initiatives and programs to develop training curriculum and determine how to measure the success of the development program. Perform other job-related duties or special projects as needed. Travel required up to 25% of time.Skills That Will Help You Stand Out A valid Hogan Certification for administering and interpreting Hogan assessments is highly preferred.Experience using Articulate for training content development. Experience developing and applying branding and graphic design principles to ensure a consistent, cohesive visual identity across all materials, maintaining alignment with established brand standards and messaging.Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
