Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support large-scale retail marketing initiatives across store locations throughout the United States. This role is heavily focused on retail in-store marketing and requires experience creating customer-facing materials that drive engagement, support promotional campaigns, and enhance the overall retail experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong design fundamentals, advanced print production knowledge, and experience developing high-volume retail marketing materials in a fast-paced corporate environment. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict brand consistency, production accuracy, and deadline adherence.

This role is dedicated exclusively to supporting retail field operations and in-store marketing initiatives nationwide.

Design and produce retail marketing materials including:
In-store signage
Promotional campaign graphics
Window displays and large-format graphics
Print-on-demand marketing assets
Digital screens and in-store digital advertising
Support retail field operations through the creation of customer-facing marketing materials for store locations nationwide.
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Print Vendors, and Field Leadership teams to execute national and regional campaigns.
Assist with seasonal retail promotions, holiday campaigns, sales events, and promotional rollouts.
Paper stocks and finishing techniques
Offset and digital print production

Maintain strict brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Develop creative concepts optimized for retail environments and customer engagement.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive deadlines.
Review proofs and production files for quality assurance and print accuracy.
Support updates and improvements to marketing asset management and print-on-demand systems.
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Extensive experience supporting retail in-store marketing initiatives.

Layout design
Visual hierarchy
Retail customer engagement strategies

Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Experience collaborating with commercial printers and production vendors.
Knowledge of large-format graphics, signage systems, and print finishing techniques.
Understanding of retail compliance and customer-facing marketing requirements.
Full-time onsite position based in Fort Worth, TX.
No remote or hybrid work arrangements available.
