Ali Güler Furniture is a luxury furniture brand with a 50-year legacy of delivering exceptional designs and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Houston team, providing an unparalleled shopping experience to our clientele.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, understanding customer needs, and recommending the best products. You will excel in creating meaningful connections with customers both in-store and over the phone, ensuring an exceptional buying experience.

Provide professional, courteous, and attentive service to customers in-store and over the phone
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain and organize the store’s visual presentation and inventory
Build long-term relationships with customers and conduct follow-ups
Utilize computers and basic Office applications to process orders and generate reports

Flexible scheduling with a total of 40 hours per week
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication, persuasion, and phone-based sales closing skills
Previous experience in luxury furniture or serving high-end clientele is preferred
Proficiency in computer usage and basic Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word)
Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Hourly Rate : $14/hour
Available for every sale after the initial two-week training period
Bonus : Additional performance-based bonuses for exceeding sales targets
