Leasing Counselor (Full Time)

Leasing Counselor / Leasing Consultant - Senior Living | The Gatesworth, St. Louis's most sought-after senior living communities.
Louis's premier independent senior living community, locally owned and nationally recognized since 1988 — is seeking a Leasing Counselor to join our award‑winning team. As Leasing Counselor, you'll serve as a trusted, empathetic guide for seniors and their families navigating the transition to senior living — from first tour through move‑in — while playing a key role in driving occupancy and revenue for the community.
Conduct tours, home visits, calls, emails, and personalized follow‑up with prospective residents and families
Manage sales activity, follow‑up tasks, and apartment inventory in Sherpa CRM
Meet weekly with the Leasing Director for coaching and review of sales metrics and goals
Manage lease paperwork, sales collateral, and follow‑up materials
Background in sales, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sherpa CRM or similar preferred
Full-time, Sunday-Thursday (Monday-Friday with rotating weekend coverage considered for the right candidate)
Free on‑site parking
