We are seeking a(an) Registered Nurse NICU for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Our Level IV NICU RNs raise the bar by providing clinical expertise and the highest quality care in the most compassionate way in our 108 bed NICU. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and provide direct patient care

Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources

Supervise non-licensed nursing staff within the RN scope of practice and in accordance with established policies

Incorporate teaching into all aspects of nursing practice

ADN / BSN is required w/12 month enrollment and 24 month completion (Magnet Hospital)

Texas State RN license or compact license is accepted

Must have one (1) year recent Level III or IV NICU RN experience in an acute care hospital
