A law firm seeks a Tax Attorney with over four years of corporate and transactional tax experience for their Baltimore, MD office. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Duties
Provide legal advice on corporate and transactional tax matters.
Draft and review tax-related documents and agreements.
Collaborate with clients to develop tax strategies.
Conduct legal research and analysis on tax issues.
Requirements
Bar admission in one or more states where the firm has an office and the candidate wishes to reside.
Over four years of relevant tax experience.
Strong academic credentials.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Bar admission in applicable state(s).
Skills
Proficiency in corporate and transactional tax law.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
