Location: Hybrid and location-flexible, with opportunities based in Waco, Dallas, or Marshall, Texas, or Palo Alto, California. We are especially flexible for candidates with strong directly relevant patent litigation experience.
S. state and have 1+ years of intellectual property litigation experience, including hands-on experience drafting and analyzing patent claim charts.

Draft, analyze, and refine patent claim charts for active infringement litigation
Help develop case strategy for complex, high-stakes patent disputes
Conduct substantive patent litigation analysis and support case preparation
Work closely with experienced trial attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle
Help prepare matters for hearings, depositions, trial, and other critical litigation milestones
Contribute creative legal and strategic thinking to challenging intellectual property disputes
1+ years of directly relevant IP or patent litigation experience
- Hands-on experience drafting and analyzing patent claim charts
- Strong understanding of patent law and patent infringement litigation
- Excellent legal research, analysis, writing, and communication skills
- Creative, driven, and able to move matters forward without heavy oversight
- Associate-level candidates are preferred, although more senior attorneys with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Direct exposure to complex patent disputes and experienced trial attorneys
