Primary Care Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN (Full Time)

Westwood Post Acute is Hiring a Wound Care Nurse! At Westwood Post Acute , we are committed to providing personalized rehabilitation, memory care, and nursing services to all who enter our doors. Join us in helping our residents reach their maximum potential in a caring and supportive environment.

Shift: Full-time, day shift, 3 12-hour shifts with a weekend rotation What to expect: Provide primary skin care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents’ attending physicians, the Director of Nursing Services, or the Medical Director of the facility, with an emphasis on treatment and therapy of skin disorders.

Successful Candidates: Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN in CO

Wound care experience required

Wound Care Certification preferred

Rate: $45-$50/hour, rate depending on experience and whether the license level is RN or LPN
