Position: Respiratory Therapist

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Weekends/On-call: as determined by leadership

Uses analytical ability to perform initial patient assessments including physical, functional, social and environmental resource requirements and needs. Performs initial equipment set-up and patient/family/caregiver education.

Reviews and revises care plans on an ongoing basis and ensure that all patients are followed according to that plan per PHS policy.

Ensures that all required documentation is completed accurately and within the time frames set forth in PHS policy.

Schedule all patient visits per PHS follow-up policy.

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by The National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)

One to two years of pediatric experience as a Respiratory Therapist
