• Ability to float to all care areas as needed
• Participation in holiday coverage required
• Every other weekend required

Description:
Cross posting for telemetry nursing positions.
Travelers with 2 years of cardiac/telemetry experience are welcome.
Floating required to care for medical-surgical, medical-telemetry, and telemetry patients as needed.
No call requirement is needed for this position.
Participation in holiday coverage is required.
Every other weekend is required.
Skills required include:

• Management and interpretation of dysrhythmias
• Post-myocardial infarction care
• Pre and post cardiac surgery care
• IV insulin protocols
• Feeding tube care and management
• Renal failure management
• Pre and post hemodialysis management
• IV therapy administration
• Chest tube care
• Wound care management

Travelers must comply with fit testing requirements to ensure proper mask sealing.
Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the assignment.
All travel clinicians must complete OSHA respirator clearance before starting their assignment.
Candidates living within 70 miles of the facility will not be considered local.
