McKinstry is looking for a Benefits and Leave Coordinator. This position supports HR Benefits' effectiveness by assisting in the processing of leaves of absence, communicating benefits and policy information as needed. Work closely with Leave and Accommodation Administrator and escalation.

Updating, creating, and maintaining Process Documents and SOPs.

Assist with payroll and benefits continuation communication.

Provide best in class customer service for employee experience.

Assist with special projects or other duties as assigned.

Facilitate the education managers and employees on corporate and HR policies and practices through Q&A, email communication and one on one meetings.

Facilitate communication between HR team and other McKinstry departments.

Act as Human Resources resource on leaves and benefits.

Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources filed or equivalent work experience required.

Proficient in Word and Excel; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

Intermediate working knowledge of HRIS systems preferred.

Working knowledge of Federal, State and local employment law preferred.

Must be well organized and able to manage time effectively to meet all deadlines.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $41.00 per hour; This position is considered non-exempt and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
