About the Position
This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the NAF Human Resources Office on Travis Air Force Base, CA.
Work Schedule: Regular Part-Time employees are guaranteed 20 hours per week but may work up to 40 hours per week.
Eligible for the following benefits: Annual & Sick Leave, Medical & Dental Insurance, Stand Alone Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, 401(k) and Retirement, Flexible Spending Account.
Tuition assistance is available after one year.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Experience performing clerical work and providing customer service to internal and external customers; applying rules, regulations, and procedures in accomplishment of clerical/administrative work; utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel).
NF-03
Experience interpreting and applying NAF HR rules, regulations, and procedures in accomplishment of clerical/administrative work; utilizing recruitment tools in hiring personnel (i.e., generating job postings, job fairs, or equivalent); advising on routine recruitment strategies; troubleshooting and resolving personnel system and software issues. Experience in processing a variety of personnel actions. Experience in utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel).
