We are hiring a Lounge Bartender!
Lounge/Bartender Responsibilities
As a Lounge Bartender, you’ll take center stage in delivering top-tier service and expertly crafted beverages. Bar Setup & Breakdown: Prepare the bar for success and wrap it up like a pro—secure liquor and properly store fruit and juices.
Expert Mixology: Accept drink orders, craft cocktails to perfection following Beverage Standards, and serve with flair.
Handle checks with care, follow all credit card procedures, and keep tabs cash‑free.
Stocking & Rotating: Stay on top of soda, juice, beer (bottles and kegs), and ice replenishment, ensuring everything’s fresh and ready.
Glassware Guru: Check, replace, and polish glassware to keep things sparkling.
Immaculate Cleanliness: Keep your area pristine—clean floors, steam‑clean trashcans, and leave the bar better than you found it.
Inventory Whiz: Monitor soda and juice inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation and availability.
