Part-Time Head of Operations

Our Operations Manager, reporting to the District Operations Manager, is
directing members, guests, and team members upon entry, they serve as
spectrum of responsibilities for the Operations Manager includes customer
service, monitoring and tracking revenue goals, managing retail, member fees
compliance, inspecting and reporting on gym functionality and cleanliness,
partnering with the sales, fitness, facilities, and marketing team to improve
overall gym performance and upholding brand standards. Our Operations Manager
remains flexible and adaptive to the evolving needs of our gym, with duties
subject to change under the discretion of management.

* Monitor and order inventory such as fitness equipment, cleaning supplies, and
2-3 years of operations management experience
* Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting
with employees, management, and vendors.

• 3-4 years of customer service experience
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all

• Excellent MS Office skills
• The Operations Manager must be intimately knowledgeable and up to date on all

current company policies and SOP's to ensure the adherence to such policies
Ability to access and operate company computer systems in order to prepare
documents, enter data, and read reports from data base or email system.
