Apple Autos is seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team and provide a warm welcome to our valued customers for nights and weekends, no experience necessary. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and over the phone.

Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department, or taking messages.

Assisting customers with inquiries about vehicle sales, service, and parts.

Managing the dealership's front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable.

Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.

Maintaining accurate records and data entry tasks.

Proficiency in using basic office software
