Collaborate with our sales team to determine the client’s hiring needs.

Help develop a strategy utilizing various sourcing methods to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations.

this includes phone, in-person, and virtual screenings.

Present as a “career coach” to assist in any and all ways for candidates throughout hiring.

Consistently hit weekly and monthly metric expectations of outreach, screenings, placements, and more.

Collaborate with your team to share best practices and ensure accurate documentation in CRM and ATS systems.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

0-2 years of work experience, preferably in sales, customer service, or client-facing.

Excellent communication abilities with a natural talent for building meaningful relationships.

Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a passion for continuous learning and development.
