What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service and promote brand relationships

Support store management in building the business

Service multiple customers, multitask, and handle projects simultaneously

Communicate store information and brand initiatives to management to enhance the customer experience

Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas, including Talbots Classic Awards

Participate in learning opportunities, receive coaching and feedback to improve performance

Support operational excellence, including inventory management, filling orders, recalls, replenishment, and re-ticketing

Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs

Occasionally lead or supervise others and assist with opening/closing the store

Understand customer needs with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation
