Our caregivers provide the ability for clients to remain in their own homes safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible as we assist them in their daily lives.You decide your own schedule and location area you want to workAll caregivers get 3 Paid Time Off days for every 1000 hours workedOpportunity to earn additional PTO based on performance/work ethicOpportunity for 401K and health insurance after one year of employmentCaregiver referral programPaid travel time between clientsMileage paid between client locationsOngoing paid caregiver trainingOpportunity for growth within the companyCaregiver recognition and appreciation eventsFamily-oriented cultureQualifications:No certifications or experience required- we will provide initial and ongoing caregiver trainingHigh school diploma or GEDMust be able to pass a drug screening and background checkMust be at least 18 years old to applyValid driver's license and current automobile insurance preferredResponsibilities:Serving as a companion to clientsTransporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.Medication remindersPreparing mealsPerforming light housekeeping duties (sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, laundry, etc.)Providing bathing and dressing assistanceAssisting with transfer and mobilityFollowing patient care plansKeeping proper care records and reporting changes to nursing teamCommunicating with families, co-workers, and supervisors regarding careCompleting and maintaining proper time sheet records for services providedCompensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hourRight at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
