Esthetician - Retail Dermatology/Medical Spa - Full Time
$28 - $40 per hourAglow Dermatology
Title: Licensed Esthetician — Medical Dermatology Practice
Type: Part-time (1-3 days/week, including option for Saturday/Sunday) to start. Open to full-time for the right fit.
Compensation: $28-$40/hour DOE (hourly to start). No retail commission. Service bonuses on established big-ticket items may be considered after a 90-day evaluation.
Important — read before applying This is a medical office, not a retail spa. Many patients are on prescription medications or being managed for medical conditions. You stay within esthetician scope at all times. We're building out our cash-pay services menu — facials, superficial peels, laser, dermaplaning, etc — and we want a clinician-minded esthetician who works alongside a medical team.
Perform superficial chemical peels (glycolic, lactic, mandelic, salicylic) within esthetician scope.
Strachan or the medical team (laser aftercare, peel aftercare).
Refer any patient questions about skincare products, prescription routines, or medical conditions to Dr. Document services in the patient record.
NY State Esthetician license, current and in good standing.
2+ years in a clinical or medical-spa setting preferred .
Chemical peel preferred (will train)
