As a CNA at Mary's Meadow, you will play a crucial role in delivering holistic and resident-centered care. Listening to reports and obtaining assignments at the start of your shift to understand each resident's current care plans.

Providing personalized care, including assistance with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.

Participating in collaborative care planning meetings with the clinical support team to create resident-centered care plans.

Observing residents closely and promptly reporting any changes or reactions to the nurse.

Documenting care accurately in our electronic medical record system.

Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and cleaning up afterward, ensuring the preferences of each elder are met.

Maintain a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) Receive training in safe food handling techniques, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Care.
