As a Network and Systems Administrator, you'll help keep the networks, servers, systems, and services behind 4Front secure, available, and performing the way they should.You'll monitor critical technology, troubleshoot issues, support updates and backups, and work alongside experienced IT professionals to keep our environment running smoothly. If you're technically curious, enjoy figuring out how systems connect, and want to build deeper infrastructure expertise, this could be a great place to grow your IT career.What You'll DoSupport the administration and maintenance of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, connectivity, and network devicesHelp install, configure, update, and maintain servers while monitoring performance, availability, and overall system healthTroubleshoot network, server, and connectivity issues, resolving everyday problems and escalating more complex challenges when neededSupport user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, and access management while following established security practicesHelp protect system availability and data through patching, security controls, backups, recovery testing, and proactive monitoringMaintain accurate technical documentation while collaborating with Network, Security, Applications, vendors, and other IT teams on projects and improvementsWhat You'll Bring1-3 years of network, systems, or related IT experience is preferredA bachelor's degree—or equivalent certifications and experience—is preferredA basic understanding of network and server administrationFamiliarity with operating systems, infrastructure tools, Active Directory, and access managementStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and organizationThe ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across IT teamsFlexibility to occasionally support evening or weekend technology needsAt 4Front, people helping people applies to technology, too.
