Sante Health System is looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service at our busy medical office, Women's Specialty Fertility Center (WSFC) located in Clovis, CA. We're looking for a kind and friendly individual who is experienced in the medical field and passionate about patient experience as this role will greet, instruct, schedule appointments, and update patient information as needed. The ideal candidate not only strives to meet our clients' needs but also enjoys taking a key role in administrative tasks and operational flow including answering phone calls and transferring to the appropriate departments.
WORK SCHEDULE Monday - Friday, weekends as needed

Customer service oriented - focused on the needs of others.
Strong Communication - be comfortable on the phone and email, with ability to communicate clearly.
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a medical office setting
Knowledge of computer and business office procedures
Women's healthcare experience preferred
Performance Requirements

Knowledge of office procedures.
Skill in operating a computer and photocopy machine.
Skill in greeting patients and answering the telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner.
Ability to handle large phone volume and assorted tasks expediently and accurately.
Ability to sort and file materials correctly and in alphabetical or numeric systems.
Triage phone calls

• Prepares deposit for the day if required.
• Maintains records in a confidential manner.
