Full Time Stocker Associate

Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate
Location: Chesapeake, VA

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus performance‑based bonuses. Full time; shifts may vary.

Position Summary
As a freezer, cooler and deli stocker associate, you will keep fresh‑food shelves stocked, ensure product quality and safety, and provide customer service in the deli area.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions.

Stock shelves, organize and set up merchandise, clean displays and maintain temperature controls.

Handle customer inquiries, provide deli products, resolve issues, and promote the Company’s products.

Follow food‑handling policies, sanitize equipment, perform cold‑chain procedures, and monitor freezer/cooler operation.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pass all required job trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with stocking and customer service.

Strong member‑service orientation and problem‑solving skills.

Adaptability to changing work scenarios.
