$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are excited to offer a sign‑on bonus for therapists who will be, or are already Early Intervention credentialed and prepared to begin accepting EI clients by July 15 2026. Part‑Time Team Members (17+ hours): $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus.

Base Compensation Range: $50 – $72 per hour

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy

Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure

Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric and optional adult clients

Deliver services across clinic, home, daycare, school, and community settings

Pediatric occupational therapy evaluation and treatment skills

Knowledge of fine motor, visual motor, and handwriting development

Activities of daily living (ADL) training including feeding, dressing, and self‑care

Early Intervention (EI) service delivery and family coaching experience

Strong caregiver education and relationship‑building skills
